  • Can I pay once or is it a subscription?

    Whilst we don't recommend it, we understand that some customers want a once-only clean. We do offer this service but the price may be slightly higher.

  • How do I pay?

    We offer a variety of payment methods to suit your preferences, prioritising your convenience and security:

    • 1. Automated Efficiency with GoCardless (Recommended)
    • 2. Digital & Card Payments
    • 3. Traditional Cash Payments

  • What areas do you cover?

    We offer local window cleaning services and other cleaning services for residential and commercial clients in the following areas:

    • Central & North Plymouth: Manadon, Crownhill, Mannamead, Eggbuckland.
    • Greater Plymouth: Plympton, Derriford, Roborough, Woolwell.
    • Gateway to Cornwall: Saltash.
    • Dartmoor Fringes & South Hams: Ivybridge, Cornwood, Venton, Lutton, Shaugh Prior.

  • What does the Guarantee cover?

    We are committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship on every visit. If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your clean, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange to return and address the issue where reasonable.

    Our guarantee is based on fairness and trust. We stand by the quality of our work and aim to resolve any concerns quickly, professionally, and without fuss. This guarantee reflects our belief that long-term relationships are built on reliability and accountability.

  • Do I need to be at home when you clean the windows?

    No. As long as we can safely access the windows and gates are unlocked, you do not need to be present.

  • Do you clean windows in the rain?

    Light rain does not affect professional window cleaning results. However, we will not work in unsafe weather such as high winds or storms.

  • How often should my windows be cleaned?

    Most customers choose a regular clean every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on location and personal preference.

  • Do you use ladders?

    We use professional methods suited to each property, including water-fed pole systems where appropriate, to work safely and effectively.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

    We ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your visit.

  • Do you clean frames and sills?

    Yes, where included in your service, frames and sills are cleaned as part of the job.

  • Do you have Public Liability insurance?
